I was really worried about how I was going to clean my old books. I used this in little amounts by kneading it my hand, then swiped it down the cover it in one direction. I rolled back over it to pickup the debris. Some books cleaned better than others. It really made a big difference on some of the books and also cleaned some old papers -which cleaned wonderfully! I would recommend this product. It takes some time to get the knack, but once you do - you will love it too.
For years I've heard raves about this product for cleaning books. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong but I just make a mess with it and clean nothing
