Verification Procedure
All orders are subject to Brodart’s Verification Procedure, which is necessary for the protection against credit card fraud and/or identity theft.
In order to protect customers from credit card fraud and/or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Orders may require a 24-48 hour time period for normal verification purposes. If the correct information cannot be verified, there will be a considerable delay in the order processing; customers will be notified by phone or email for further documentation. Brodart regrets the necessity of this process; however it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
Customers must verify card ownership by providing legitimate billing and ship-to information. All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where monthly credit card statements are sent).
If the billing address is a PO Box, Brodart requires shipping to a residence or business address that must be listed with directory assistance.
If shipping to an alternative address is required, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as www.superpages.com.
International Order Verification
In order to protect customers from credit card fraud and/or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Brodart will not ship without verification; please avoid delays in processing orders by submitting complete information.
All International orders must ship to the billing address of the credit card (where monthly credit card statements are sent).
International customers must send a copy of both the front and back of the purchasing credit card, plus a copy of the most recent statement of your account. Please fax those documents to 800-283-6087 or email to supplies.international@brodart.com.

We believe we have in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access,
maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online as
well as offline. When your personal information is passed onto non-affiliated
companies, to the extent practical, we require that they also have in place the
appropriate safeguards. We cannot, however, guarantee that they do so.
